Venue of Symposium:

Burr Oak Lodge & Conference Center

Airport: Port Columbus International Airport / CMH

-From the airport to Burr Oak Lodge, it takes about one hour and 45 minutes. (We will have shuttle pick ups provided around 12:30pm so try to schedule your arrival by then.)
-Registration/Check-in/Arrival at the symposium site is from 3-5:30 pm.
Dinner is from 5:30-6:30pm. We start the evening session promptly at 6:45pm.

-Sunday schedule ends at 12:30pm (shuttle back to airport should be prepared to leave by 1pm) with packed lunch. Again, allow for one hour and 45 minutes travel to airport + check in time.

We will be sending an email reminder in late March regarding logistics, transportation, what to bring and how to prepare for the weekend etc. If you are planning ahead, please contact us.

Refund policy: If, for some reason, your plans change and you end up not being able to attend the symposium, you may request a refund of your payment (minus the $75 non-refundable deposit for CfBS Symposium administrative expenses) by April 1,2015. Requests for cancellation and refund beyond this date will not be entertained.
